Wapping Community Forum (hereafter WCF) is a local grassroots community organisation giving a voice to the residents of Wapping, London, UK.  This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

WCF collects the following data:

You directly provide WCF with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

WCF securely stores your data at our email services supplier Mail Chimp which uses our address to assure compliance with UK and EU data rules.

WCF will keep your email for an unlimited period until you request its removal or your email address becomes unresponsive. Once this happens, we will delete your data by removing your information from our database at our email services supplier.

WCF would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
